Who sets the service prices?
Each barber sets the prices of their own services and packages. The platform does not impose a fixed price and does not publish discounts of its own.
What is the difference between home service and premises service?
With home service the barber comes to the address you give when you send the request. With premises service you go to the barber's address, which is shown in full after the request is accepted.
How long does the barber have to accept a request?
The window is the value currently set in the platform booking policy, and it is shown when you send the request. If the barber does not accept within that window the request expires automatically and is not counted as an appointment.
Can I cancel a booking?
You can cancel a request or an accepted booking before the appointment, subject to the cancellation window in the booking policy. A late cancellation is recorded according to that policy. The platform does not collect payments and does not process refunds.
When can I review a barber?
A review is available only after the service on a completed booking has actually been finished, from that booking's detail page.
How do I join the platform as a barber?
Submit an application from the barber registration page. The platform team reviews it and may ask for corrections before approving. Once approved, your profile appears to customers.
How does payment work?
Payment is off-platform and agreed directly with the barber. The platform does not collect payments, does not move money, and does not promise discounts or promotions.
Does sending a booking request confirm the appointment?
No. The request waits for the barber's reply. The appointment is confirmed only after acceptance within the policy window; otherwise the request expires and is not an appointment.
