How booking works on the platform

From searching in your governorate to a review after the service is completed.

You search for a barber by governorate, neighbourhood and service type, then send a booking request for a specific time.

A request is not a confirmed booking — the barber must accept it within a set window, otherwise it expires automatically.

Once accepted the appointment is confirmed, and after the service is completed you can review the barber.

  1. Search

Choose your city and the type of service, and browse available barbers.

  2. Send a booking request

Choose a suitable time and send your request — the request is not a confirmation yet.

  3. The barber reviews and replies

The barber reviews your request and accepts or declines it. The acceptance window is explained in the card below.

  4. Service and review

After the service is completed you can review the barber.

Barber acceptance timeout

The barber has 120 minutes to respond to your request; if they don't, the request expires automatically and does not count as a booking.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You can request to reschedule your appointment up to 120 minutes before the service time.

Late cancellation

Cancelling less than 120 minutes before the appointment is considered a late cancellation under the Terms of Use.

Home service or at the barber's premises

With home service, the barber comes to the address you set when sending the request. At the barber's premises, you go to the barber's address, which is shown in full after the barber accepts your request.
